CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you wish to alter your order, please do so by contacting via Whatsapp or email- +60179984889 / syarinasheenflowers@gmail.com. We'll always do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but we can only guarantee changes where we receive not less than 48 hours notice.
YOUR CANCELLATION RIGHTS
You can cancel single orders by giving us not less than 48 hours notice prior to the requested delivery date. In those circumstances, a full refund will be given. If a lesser period of notice is given, we will only give a refund if we have not started the preparation of your order at the time notice is given. The easiest way to cancel your order is to Whatsapp or email- +60179984889 / syarinasheenflowers@gmail.com.
REFUND POLICY
-Syarina Sheen Flowers goes to great lengths to source the very best flowers and products for our customers. Flowers sold online are perishable and a flowers life span is dependent on the variety, season, environment and care, resulting in varied life spans for different flowers.
-Flower availability is dependent on seasonality and market availability. As a result, not all goods produced are exactly as pictured on www.syarinasheenflowers.com, by accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be material differences between images and produced goods.
-You can generally expect your flowers to last 4-7 days provided they are cared for correctly.
-If you feel the flowers have not lasted for at least 2 days let us know within this time. Syarina Sheen Flowers reserves the right to request photos or images of the original flowers. Syarina Sheen Flowers requires that any dissatisfaction with the freshness of the flowers be communicated to us within 2 days of delivery.
-To assist us in quality control, we may request to collect the original flowers. Regrettably, we cannot arrange a redelivery of replacement flowers to you if the original flowers are disposed of or images are unavailable.
-Any refunds will be processed on via the same method of payment. Electronic refunds may take up to 5 business days to process.
UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY
Kindly ensure recipient or representative is present at delivery address during stipulated date and time. We cannot accept responsibility for late/failed delivery if:
- Incorrect address given
- Intended recipient not present
- No valid means of contact
- Delivery vehicle is subject to delays from building management/security
FAILED TO DELIVER
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to the above reasons, a re-delivery will be made but it will be subjected to a standard RM40 re-delivery charge.
Re-delivery timing is subjected to Syarina Sheen Flowers scheduling.
Handy tips on how to care for some of our favourite blooms

Hydrangea
Hydrangeas take in water from their petals, so it’s important to gently mist these once per day. If their flowers start to wilt, flip them upside down and soak the petal end of the flowers in cold water for a 3-4 hours.

Tulips
Tulips tend to welt in the heat; they are best displayed in a cool area to maximise their longevity. If you spot any white ends on their stems, simply snip them off with scissors – it’ll help them drink water more easily.

Roses
Sensitive to bacteria, it’s important to keep roses in clean vases with fresh water. Roses last longer in a cool area, but to entice them to open up a little quicker, temporarily place them in a warmer spot for six to eight hours
